The OHF partnered again with SOMO in Nairobi Kenya to provide Care Packs to many families in-need. Each Care Package contains a one month supply of PurYSeth honey, BountyNut peanut butter, Caya flour, Oshar hand sanitizer, rice, oil, sugar, vegetables, ugali flour, beans or lentils (all products are sourced from local small businesses) with possible additions of: masks, soap, re-usable diapers, and reusable sanitary towels. The OHF partnered with OHF Committee Member Ashid Bahl (founder of For the Love of Children Society) to assist with sending food and much needed supplies to Peru’s most underprivileged people hardest hit by Covid-19. Currently distributions of food and protective supplies to children & their families have been made to Afghanistan, Africa, and India as well.
